Antibackstaining Agent is used for preventing the re-deposition of indigo dye on the garments.

Various powder and liquid Anti back staining Agents are based on high molecular weight polymer, which has very good dispersing properties. While using Antibackstaing Agent in desizing along with alpha amylase facilitates in complete removal of starch and also prevents the re-deposition of bleeded indigo. Along with cellulase treatment it gives very good blue white contrast effect.

After weaving the denim fabric is not able to absorb water or other auxiliaries to a sufficient degree due to the size. This means that uniform bio-polishing ,bleaching and dyeing can only be achieved after complete removal of the size from the denim garments. To ensure that denim garments are well prepared for bio-polishing, bleaching, dyeing and further processing, all size must be removed adequately and uniformly. Failure to remove the size completely can result in streak marks on denim garments.

Enzymatic Desizing is the process of degrading starch size on the denim garments. Desizing process contains break-down of starch into water soluble dextrins and removal of the break-down products.

Hot Temp and Room Temp Desizing Enzymes enable complete removal of starch based size from the denim garments.

Enzymatic Desizing offers the advantages such as- no damage to the denim garments, no usage of aggressive chemicals ,improved wettability and having excellent biodegradability.

Denim garments are dyed with indigo, which adheres to the surface of yarn. When the cellulases partly hydrolyze the surface of the fibre, the indigo is partly removed and light areas are created.

Both neutral and acid cellulases are used for the abrasion of denim.

Neutral Bio polishing Enzyme give very low colour and strength loss compared to acid cellulose enzymes.

Hot Temp and Room Temp enzymes do bio polishing to remove protruding fibres and dead cotton from the garment surface to impart soft and pill free clean surface on the garments. Special enzymes give medium to heavy abrasion for stone washed look which gives very good clean grainy structure with high blue/white contrast.

DIWET PLUS is a biologically degradable, APEO and solvent free, low foaming agent cum detergent with emulsifying and dispersing action scouring and removal of mineral oil. The product is widely applicable in exhaust treatments of all types of garments.

They are effective in the presence of normal electrolyte concentration and hardness of water and also got good scouring property which is effective in removing the loosely held hydrolysed reactive dyes from the surface of the dyed Garment. Soaping Off Agents prevent the detached hydrolysed dye from redepositing on to the Garment even in the presence of salt. This quality of the product makes it possible to reduce the after soaping cycle.

All natural fibres are associated with some oily, fatty or waxy substances in the raw stage. These substances give a soft feel to the fibre. However, on scouring and bleaching these waxy substances are removed and the material become harsh.
